Lunch and Illustrated Presentation on “Arthur Ransome: A Spy?” (Ted & Diana Evans) March 25th: "Bird Protection Society": Visit to Havergate Island, Orford with the RSPB: Meet Orford Quay at 10 am for ferry to Havergate Island Bird Sanctuary. Bring warm and wet-weather clothing, suitable footware (wellies/walking boots), binoculars and packed lunch and drink. No dogs! Return about 3pm. Cost £5 per head. Bring packed lunch or lunch at the Bristol Arms. Ferry to Harwich for guided tour of Harwich. Return Ferry to Shotley for 5pm depart. Cost about £5 adults; £3 children for ferry.
